Inclusion Criteria

Diarrhea in adults with damp heat syndrome:
(1) Patients who meet the Western medicine diagnosis;
(2) Patients who meet the Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis;
(3) Aged 18 to 65 years;
(4) Signed informed consent forms.
Rotavirus Diarrhea in children:
(1) Patients who meet the Western medicine diagnosis and Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis;
(2) Aged 0.5 to 12 years;
(3) 72h in the onset of disease
(4) Parents informed consent, children with treatment Signed informed consent forms.

Exclusion Criteria

Diarrhea in adults with damp heat syndrome:
(1) Definite diagnosis of febrile diseases other than intestinal infectious diseases;
(2) Intestinal infectious disease cholera, typhoid, dysentery;
(3) With severe primary cardiac, liver, lung, kidney, Endocrine and metabolic system nervous system and hemopoietic system diseases;
(4) With ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome and the like in the history;
(5) Pregnant or lactating women;
(6) The patient cannot cooperate or psychiatric patients;
(7) Before the treatment antibiotics or other drugs were used before.
Rotavirus Diarrhea in children:
1. Definite diagnosis of cholera, typhoid, dysentery;
2. Severe dehydration patients;
3. The skin around the umbilicus is not suitable for application;
4. With severe primary cardiac, liver, lung, kidney, Endocrine and metabolic system nervous system and hemopoietic system diseases;
5. Receive immunotherapy and oral hormone therapy now.
