Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Aged range 18\-50 years, male or female, right handed;
- •(2\) Met the diagnosis criteria of depressive disorder according to Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM\-5\);
- •(3\) Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD\-24\) score is 27\-35 (Moderate depression);
- •(4\) No medical treatment, physical and psychological therapy more than 3 weeks or maintain stable medical treatment at least 3 weeks;
- •(5\) People who volunteer to participate in this study and sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) History of self harm or suicide;
- •(2\) History of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder or severe personality disorder;
- •(3\) History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence;
- •(4\) History of severe traumatic brain injury or epilepsy;
- •(5\) Participants who have serious cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases or kidney diseases;
- •(6\) People who refuse acupuncture treatment during the trial;
- •(7\) Metal implant in skull or pacemaker;
- •(8\) Women in pregnant or lactating.
