Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult patients over 20 years of age
- •2\. Computed tomography taken before surgery shows that the perpendicular bone mass of the tooth loss area of the maxillary cod is 4\-8mm, and it must be accompanied by maxillary sinus transplantation using a dental adjustment approach to implant an 8\-10mm long implant
- •3\. Areas more than 3 months after extraction
- •4\. Patients with no pathological findings in the maxillary sinus area
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with uncontrolled metabolic systemic disease (i.e., uncontrolled diabetes).
- •2\. Patients with a history of cranial radiation therapy or chemotherapy
- •3\. Patients with a history of taking drugs (e.g., bisphosphonate or denosumab) that inhibit bone death within the last 4 months
- •4\. Severe smokers (more than 20 cigarettes a day)
- •5\. Pregnant or lactating patients
- •6\. A person who has a history of removing tumors in the same area in the past
