- •1. Age above 18 years
- •2. Chronic rhinosinusitis following diagnostic criteria of EPOS2020
- •3. Failed to improve from a minimum of 6-week period medical therapy requiring ESS
- •4. All patients underwent ESS
- •5. Able to give informed consent
排除标准
- •- Unilateral sinus disease: fungal ball, odontogenic-related disease, allergic fungal sinusitis, neoplasm associated with sinus disease
- •- Systematic disease associated with sinus: cystic fibrosis, Churg-Strauss, immunodeficiency, Wegener granulomatosis, autoimmune disease
- •- Undertaking immunosuppressive medicines
- •- Pregnancy
