Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •• Chronic rhinosinusitis patients according to EPOS 2012 guideline
- •• age 18 or older
- •• failed fully medication at least 3 months including antibiotics, intranasal/oral corticosteroid, nasal irrigation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •ofungal or dental origin causing rhinosinusitis
- •oBenign and malignant Neoplasms
- •oCystic fibrosis
- •oimmunodeficiency status
- •oCongenital mucociliary problems (eg. Primary ciliary dyskinesia)
- •oSystemic vasculitis and granulomatous disease
- •oCocaine abuse
