1.Patients with urethral strictures =8 cm requiring free graft (Buccal mucosa graft or prepucial free graft) for augmentation urethroplasty.
2.Patients with urethral strictures =8 cm requiring Penile skin flaps for augmentation urethroplasty.
3.Patients with urethral strictures =8 cm requiring skin flap or free graft (Buccal mucosa graft or prepucial free graft)in Redo-augmentation urethroplasty.
1.Patients with stricture <8 cms requiring Primary or Redo augmentation urethroplasty.
2.Patients who don’t give consent to participate in the study
