- •1\) Classified to Frail by IMWG\-frailty index or R\-MCI, or HCT\-CI score above 3\. 2\) Hypersensitivity to the drugs used in this study. 3\) Pregnant or lactating patients 4\) Any significant medical condition, laboratory abnormality, or psychiatric illness that would prevent the subject from participating in the study
