- •Age: 18 years and above.
- •Individuals of all genders can participate in the study.
- •Aleast 12 years of formal education.
- •Scoring the cut-off of 76 or higher in PPCS.
- •Currently not seeking professional help for Problematic pornography use.
- •Working knowledge of the English language.
- •Individuals who gave informed consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Score of 75 (out of 126) or below in PPCS.
- •Individuals with severe mental disorders (schizophrenia and bipolar disorder) or severe neurological conditions.
- •Individuals who refused to give informed consent to participate in the study.
