Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients who agreed to participate in this study.
- •(2\) Age 20\~85 yrs.
- •(3\) Child\-Pugh Class A or B.
- •(4\) Patients with cirrhosis who are considering radiofrequency ablation for suspected malignant liver tumors with a size of 2 cm or less on MDCT, CEUS, or MRI performed within 60 days
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) number of tumors, equal or more than three.
- •(2\) maximal diameter of tumor, over 2 cm.
- •(3\) diffuse infiltrative type cancer.
- •(4\) tumors contacting portal vein or hepatic vein (equal or more than 5 mm) or bile duct.
- •(5\) Child\-Pugh class B8 or C
- •(6\) Presence of vascular invasion by tumor
- •(7\) Platelet count, equal or less than 50,000/mm3 or PT prolongation (\=50%).
- •(8\) Presence of multiple extrahepatic metastases.
