Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Patients who agreed to participate in this study.
  • (2\) Age 20\~85 yrs.
  • (3\) Child\-Pugh Class A or B.
  • (4\) Patients with cirrhosis who are considering radiofrequency ablation for suspected malignant liver tumors with a size of 2 cm or less on MDCT, CEUS, or MRI performed within 60 days

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) number of tumors, equal or more than three.
  • (2\) maximal diameter of tumor, over 2 cm.
  • (3\) diffuse infiltrative type cancer.
  • (4\) tumors contacting portal vein or hepatic vein (equal or more than 5 mm) or bile duct.
  • (5\) Child\-Pugh class B8 or C
  • (6\) Presence of vascular invasion by tumor
  • (7\) Platelet count, equal or less than 50,000/mm3 or PT prolongation (\=50%).
  • (8\) Presence of multiple extrahepatic metastases.
