入选标准
- •(1) Patients who agreed to participate in this study.
- •(2) Age 20~85 yrs.
- •(3) Child-Pugh Class A or B.
- •(4) Patients with cirrhosis who are considering radiofrequency ablation for suspected malignant liver tumors with a size of 2 cm or less on MDCT, CEUS, or MRI performed within 60 days
排除标准
- •(1) number of tumors, equal or more than three.
- •(2) maximal diameter of tumor, over 2 cm.
- •(3) diffuse infiltrative type cancer.
- •(4) tumors contacting portal vein or hepatic vein (equal or more than 5 mm) or bile duct.
- •(5) Child-Pugh class B8 or C
- •(6) Presence of vascular invasion by tumor
- •(7) Platelet count, equal or less than 50,000/mm3 or PT prolongation (=50%).
- •(8) Presence of multiple extrahepatic metastases.
