age group 15-50 years with uncomplicated unilateral inguinal hernia; patients agreed to participate in the scheme; have stable vital signs; don’t have electrolyte imbalance; don’t have malnutrition; don’t have /has chronic diseases like liver problems, cancer and immune system defects have decreased; consciousness enough to determine the severity of nausea and pain.
Exclusion criteria: use of drugs that reduce nausea and vomiting; re-operation same area (hernia or varicocele); complicated hernia(incarcerate—strangulate); smoking; movement disorder or have lower limbs problems; drug addiction; nausea and vomiting Pre-operative; don’t satisfactory to continue research; patient died.
