Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 18 years or older
- •2\. Admitted to surgical ICU within 7 days after operation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients who do not undergo operation
- •2\. Patients who are unable to communicate in Thai
- •3\. Patients with severe visual or auditory impairment that interfere with communication
- •4\. Patients with level of consciousness defined by Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) of \- 4 or \-5 during the entire ICU admission
