- •1. Age 18 years or older
- •2. Admitted to surgical ICU within 7 days after operation
排除标准
- •1. Patients who do not undergo operation
- •2. Patients who are unable to communicate in Thai
- •3. Patients with severe visual or auditory impairment that interfere with communication
- •4. Patients with level of consciousness defined by Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale (RASS) of - 4 or -5 during the entire ICU admission
