Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\-patients age 55 or above who admit into the hip fracture pathway and have a hip fracture operation then transfer into the surgical ICU, understand Thai language, APACHEII\>8\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •current delirium, severe dementia, or active major psychiatric illness.
