Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of BPAD 1 as per DSM 5 criteria and on stable dosing of medication for at least one year duration with access to mobile phones for either the patient or caregiver will be included in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having HDRS Scores greater than or equal to 7 and YMRS scores greater than or equal to 8, patients/caregivers unable to read or understand Tamil ,co morbid psychiatric diagnosis such as mental retardation
