Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria were:
1) diagnosed with T2DM
2) prescribed with oral medications to lower blood sugar
3) have had cellular phone and used SMS service
4) willing to take part of the study
Exclusion Criteria
They were excluded if they:
1) were not able to comprehend Thai (reading)
2) hearing and vision loss
3) have had psychiatric problem
