Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •American society of Anesthesiologist physical status 1 and 2 patients between the age group of 18 to 65 years undergoing elective open donor nephrectomy surgery were included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who refused to participate in the trial, patients allergic to opioids, patients unable to understand PCA use and those receiving narcotics were excluded from the study
