入选标准
- •Patients of either sex, aged 18-75 years, having severe cancer pain (NRS 7 or more) and are morphine naïve will be included in the study
排除标准
- •1. Patient already receiving morphine or any other opiates.
- •2.Patients who are having morphine non-responsive/partially responsive pain
- •3. Patients having brain tumour/ metastasis to brain, liver or renal dysfunction
- •4. Patient having the bowel obstruction
- •5. Patients who refuse consent
- •6. Patient having pure neuropathic pain
- •7. Patient requiring steroid for managing pain
