Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of either sex, aged 18\-75 years, having severe cancer pain (NRS 7 or more) and are morphine naïve will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient already receiving morphine or any other opiates.
- •2\.Patients who are having morphine non\-responsive/partially responsive pain
- •3\. Patients having brain tumour/ metastasis to brain, liver or renal dysfunction
- •4\. Patient having the bowel obstruction
- •5\. Patients who refuse consent
- •6\. Patient having pure neuropathic pain
- •7\. Patient requiring steroid for managing pain
