入选标准
- •1. All Psoriasis patients >18 years of age
- •2. PASI >10 and or DLQI >10
排除标准
- •1.Contraindications to use of any drug methotrexate or apremilast.
- •2.Patient known case of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, dyslipidemia
- •3. Patient on any other disease modifying drugs in last 6weeks.
- •4. Patient on any drugs confounding any metabolic parameters like hypolipidemic drugs, anti-diabetic drugs, oral contraceptives, antihypertensive drugs, acitretin, orlistat.
