Inclusion Criteria
Patients presenting to the General surgery OPD with the complaints of pain/swelling /local irritation or itching/discharge of blood or pus from anus and diagnosed as fistula in ano.
-All patients with fistula in ano
-Patients with single fistulous opening.
Exclusion Criteria
-Patients who are not fit for surgery and anaesthesia.
-Patients who do not give consent
-Patients presenting with recurrent fistula with diseases like TB, Crohns and anorectal malignancies.
