1-Cases presented in ED with Traumatic Hemothorax/Hemopnemothorax, drained with ICD placement within 12 hours of Injury.
2-Blunt as well as penetrating thoracic trauma with hemothorax.
3-Isolated thoracic as well as polytrauma patient with Abbreviated Injury Score (AIS) of 3 or less in body regions other than thoracic Region.
4-Age group between 15 years to 65 years.
1-Unfit for surgical intervention
2-Referred cases with Traumatic Hemothorax / Hemopnemothorax with ICD insitu, presented after more than 48 hours of Injury.
3-Requiring or undergoing emergent thoracotomy.
4-Patient with severe medical disease like Congestive heart disease, End Stage Renal Disease, Severe liver cirrhosis, COPD etc.

Name Time Method Total Length of stay (total ventilatory days, ICU days and total hospital days).Timepoint: At the time of discharge of the patient.
