Inclusion Criteria
Patients with Intra Cranial Hemorrhage admitted to Intensive Care Units under going conservative management.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with Contra Indication for Tracheostomy
Coagulopathy,
local site infection,
altered neck anatomy like thyroid mass/swelling,
unstable cervical spine,
Morbidly obesity
Patients with Intra Cranial Hemorrhage who under went surgery including Extra Ventricular Drain Insertion.
Patients who died within two days of planned surgical tracheostomy
