入选标准
- •Aged 18-80 years
- •A history of lumbosacral radicular pain greater than 6-month period
- •Unsatisfactory pain control with oral pharmacotherapy, physical therapy or previous ESI
- •No indication for surgery
排除标准
- •Allergic to local anesthetics, contrast media, triamcinolone
- •Evidence of significant neurological deficit
- •Coagulopathy
- •Malignant disease
- •Psychological problems
- •Language barrier
