Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria :
- •1\)There are patients that stay in ICU at lest 72 hr.
- •2\)Physician plan to transfer to general ward.
- •3\)There are patients who have a next kin to continuous care.
- •4\)There are patients who are anxiety that is assessed by Shortened Version of the SAI and no history of psychiatric.
- •5\)Agree to participant in research and able to understand Thai language.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria :
- •1\)There are the patients who are critical ill again.
- •2\)Who are need to withdrawn from research.
