Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The participants were recruited into the study based on the following inclusion criteria:
- •1\. Being ACS pateints who was first diagnosed
- •2\. Being over 20 years
- •3\. Having no serious complication including heart failure, Cardiac arrhythmias, severe hypertention
- •4\. Having Killip class 1 /Ejection fractio greater than 45%
- •5\. Having no significant cognitive problems, i.e. dementia. screening by The Chula mental Test
- •6\. Being contacted by telephone and line
- •7\. Being able to read, write and communication in Thai language
Exclusion Criteria
- •The participants who developed serious cardiovascular condition, such as sever heart failure, cardiac arrhythmia and depression during the study period would be excluded from the study. Moreover, participants who do not participate in all seesions of intervention would be also excluded.
