Inclusion Criteria

Displaced Femoral neck fracture (AO type 31B1.3, 31B2, 31B3)
Age > 70 years old
Able to walk with or without gait aid
Surgery less than 2 weeks after injury

Exclusion Criteria

Unable to rehabilitate due to concomitant traumatic injury
Active psychiatric illness
Active drugs or alcohol abuse
Refused to study
Pathologic fracture due to tumors,metastasis
Active failing contralateral hip prothesis
BMI > 40
Failed to spinal anesthesia
