Inclusion Criteria

Lower pole renal stone > 15mm
Non-lower pole renal stone>20 mm
Caliceal diverticular stone,
Staghorn or partial staghorn stone
Failed to response to SWL (Shock Wave Lithotripsy)
Radiopaque or semiopaque renal stones in plain abdominal radiography

Exclusion Criteria

Solitary kidney
Abnormal renal function

Operation duration. Timepoint: One time after the procedure. Method of measurement: By lessen the time of surgery initiation from the time of end of surgery.;Radiation duration.
