- •-General anesthesia

- •- History of malignant hyperthermia
- •- Patients have received medication known to interact with rocuronium, such as antibiotics and anticonvulsants.
- •- Patients have neuromuscular or significant renal disease
- •- Patients have clinically significant renal, hepatic diseases
