Young adult patient of acute anal fissure without any complication and sequelae of acute anal fissure.
Exclusion Criteria
ultiple fissures
Carcinoma of the anus
Tuberculous ulcer
Proctalgia fugax
Haemorrhoid
IBS(irritable bowel syndrome)
Ulcerative colitis
Crohâ??ns disease
Chronic anal fissure
Systemic and complicated disease
