- •Sixty ASA grade 1 and 2 patients posted for lower abdominal surgery from routine list of gynecology and General surgery
- •Weight-40-70Kg
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •-Chronic analgesic therapy
- •-Sensitivity to study drugs
- •-Weight less than 40Kg or more than 80 Kg
- •-ASA 3 & 4
- •-Contraindications to SA- Coagulopathy, gross spinal deformity, peripheral neuropathy.
