1) Patients with a clinical diagnosis of Parkinson's disease idiopathic syndrome.
2) Patients who will receive THS.
3) Patients between 30 and 80 years of age with German as their native language.
4) Patients with a MMST score of 25 points or higher.
5) Patients with a BDI-II score of up to 18 points.
6) Patients must be able to give consent and sign a consent form.
1) Patients suffering from another disease affecting cognition (e.g. vascular events, tumors, etc.).
2) Participation in studies that could interfere with the present study, if this endangers or particularly burdens the participant or if this falsifies the results of the present or the other study or endangers others.
3) Patients who do not agree with the questioning of relatives.
