  • all patients undergoing ERCP with unintended cannulation or opifiacation of main pancreatic duct
  • age > 17 years
  • signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
  • intention to intervene main pancreatic duct
  • age < 18 years
  • pregnancy
  • absent of signed informed consent
