Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age range 12 to 24 years irrespective of gender
  • •2\.Full permanent dentition from second molar to second molar in both arches
  • •3\.Angles class II div 1 or Angles Class I Deweys type 2 malocclusion on Class I skeletal base with mild\-moderate crowding requiring first premolar extraction
  • •4\.Average growth pattern
  • •5\.Patients not having any medical history
  • •6\.Patients with positive informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Unfavourable or distally tipped canine position
  • •2\)History of previous orthodontic treatment
  • •3\)Crossbite
  • •4\)Deepbite more than 50 percent
  • •5\)Known syndrome Cleft lip and palate metabolic disorder affecting calcium or phosphate metabolism
  • •6\)Blood disorders
  • •7\)Platelet count less than normal 150000 per mcL of blood
