入选标准
- •Open-heart operation under cardiopulmonary bypass
- •Age > 15 years
排除标准
- •Re-do operation
- •Emergency case
- •Bleeding diathesis (hemophilia or platelet count < 100 x 109 /L)
- •Renal failure (creatinine level > 2.0 mg/dL)
- •Tranexamic acid allergy
- •Stop Aspirin, Clopidogrel < 7 days
- •Heparin administration within 24 hr
- •Reoperation from obvious surgical bleeding cause
