Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Open\-heart operation under cardiopulmonary bypass
- •Age \> 15 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Re\-do operation
- •Emergency case
- •Bleeding diathesis (hemophilia or platelet count \< 100 x 109 /L)
- •Renal failure (creatinine level \> 2\.0 mg/dL)
- •Tranexamic acid allergy
- •Stop Aspirin, Clopidogrel \< 7 days
- •Heparin administration within 24 hr
- •Reoperation from obvious surgical bleeding cause
