Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Elective on\-pump cardiac surgery in Maharaj Nakorn Chiangmai Hospital
  • •Age more than 15 years old

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Re\-do operation
  • •2\.Emergency/Urgency case
  • •3\.Bleeding diathesis (hemophilia or platelet count \< 100 x 109 /L)
  • •4\.Renal failure (creatinine level \> 2\.0 mg/dL)
  • •5\.แพ้ยา Tranexamic acid
  • •6\.หยุดยาต้านเกล็ดเลือด (Aspirin, Clopidogrel) น้อยกว่า 7 วัน
  • •7\.ใช้ Heparin ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนการผ่าตัด
  • •8\.Aortic surgery
  • •9\. Reoperation to stop bleeding from obvious surgical cause
