Adults with age range from 18 - 50 years; Excessive gingival display more than 3 mm during smiling; Patients having hypermobile upper lip with or without other causes of gummy smile; Normal lip separation (ILG) at rest; Medically health
Patients under 18 years; Smoking Patients; Pregnant or lactating female patients; Patients with systemic diseases or neuromuscular disorders; Gummy smile with gingival display less than 2 mm ; Patients with periodontal disease or gingival hyperplasia; Patients with cause is not hipermobility of lip; Short lip

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is hoped to find an improvement in the stability and longevity of the cases treated with botulinum toxin and surgical repositioning of the lip, by the statistical evaluation of the results evaluating the initial and final measurements after 6 months of gingival exposure

Name Time Method We will evaluate the postoperative pain and verify the patient's satisfaction with the final result of the treatment performed, measured through a pain and satisfaction questionnaire
