1.Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and socioeconomic status
2.Sprain, strain and ecchymosis
3.Injuries within 48 hours
4.Injury caused by sudden trauma such as fall, twist and direct blow to body.
5.Closed wound
6.Patients with classical signs and symptoms of traumatic inflammation
1.All types of fractures and dislocations
2.Ligament and tendon tear (2nd degree & 3rd degree)
3.Patient with uncontrolled diabetes
4.Traumatic wound with infection
5.Patient taking other treatments for traumatic inflammation
