Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients posted for elective laproscopic cholecyctectomy aged between 20 to 60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients allergic to local anaesthestic
- •patients with uncontrolled DM or bleeding disorders or local infection at the site of needle insertion
- •patients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular or peripheral vascular disesase
- •patients with coagulopathy
- •patients not willing for undergoing block
