Patients willing to participate in this trial through written informed consent.
Patients who are 40-70 years of age from either sex.
Patients having specific symptoms of prameh janya timira /D.M.E.
Diagnosed cases of diabetics mellitus type2 with NPDR cases with macular edema.
Good visual acuity, minimum 6/60 or better
Patients not willing for the present treatment.
Patients having history of glaucoma and on anti glaucoma treatment.
Patients below age of 40 and above 70.
Patients with moderate to severe cataractous changes.
Patients having proliferative and advanced diabetic retinopathy changes.
Patients with any other complications of Diabetes like nephropathy and neuropathy.
Visual acuity less than 6/60.
Hypertensive/pregnant/diabetic mellitus type 1
