1. Age group between 18-60 years of patients.
2. The patients having clinical signs and symptoms
of Sarvasara Mukharoga.
3. Patients of either sex will be selected randomly.
1. Extensive fibrosis by means of severe trismus
with an Inter incisal distance (IID) of
less than15 mm.
2. Disease is most advanced with pre-malignant and
malignant changes.
3. Generalized fibromatosis.
4. Oral manifestation of scleroderma.
5. Oral lichen planus.
6. Chronic debilitating condition such as DM,
Uncontrolled HT, HIV, etc.
7. Individuals above 60 years and below 18 years
of age of either sex.
8. Patients not willing to give up addiction
habits of Gutka, pan masala, tobacco, etc.
