Inclusion Criteria
a. aged 65 years or older
b. taking 3 or more drugs
c. failure of taking medicine
d. history of falls or fracturs
e. those who can collect blood sample
f. the syudy protocol and procedures were fulley explained to all participants, and written informed consent was obtained
Exclusion Criteria
a. those who have managing smart watches
b. those who have managing mobile phone
c. family does not allow participate
d. not allow doctors to participate
