Inclusion Criteria
30 obese women with 30% or higher body fat
aged 19 ~ 64
Exclusion Criteria
People with severe cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.), cardiovascular disease (myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, etc.), endocrine system disease, or mental illness history.
Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure (blood pressure greater than 160/100 mmHg)
Pregnant and lactating women
