Inclusion Criteria

1) Apparently healthy, randomly drawn students aged 18-22 years with informed consent willing to participate and abide by the conditions of the study.

Exclusion Criteria

1)History of use of any form of medication in the previous one month from the start of the study

2)Currently using any mouth rinse or history of use of mouth rinse in the past one month

3)History of topical fluoride treatment in the past two weeks

to check for improvement in oral health (quantitative and qualitative assessment of plaque and saliva) - salivary parameters include Ph, buffering capacity, viscocity, flow rate. plaque parameters include CFU of S.mutans and L.bacillus. And oral hygiene meassurement using OHI-S index and gingival examination using gingival indexTimepoint: baseline, 3 months, 6 months
