Inclusion Criteria
1.The DCCs minimum educational qualification should be Graduate Degree.
2.The DCCs should be working full time in any organization or setting.
3.The DCCs should be married for duration of two years and must be staying together in the same household
Exclusion Criteria
The exclusion criteria are the DCCs or children with any reported mental or physical disability will be excluded from the study

Name Time Method The study will help us to know the psycho-social functioning and will determined the gender related stress and disparities related to marital satisfaction, family functioning, job burnout and couple burnout, work-to-family conflict and family-to-work conflict, mental health and psychological well being among Dual Career Couples (DCCs).Timepoint: 11 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The finding will show the prevalence of depression anxiety and stress among DCCs. These findings will help us to formulate psychiatric social work interventions plan for Dual Career Couples.Timepoint: Approximately 15 months
