- •Patients with depression and/or anxiety
- •(according to diagnoses listed above (section Health Condition or Problem studied))
排除标准
- •bipolar disorder, serve major depression , serve anxiety disorders, acute risk of suicide, schizoaffective disorder, serve psychiatric and psychotic conditions, substance abuse, developmental disorder, intellectual disability, low German-language and/or computer skills, age < 18 or > 65 yeas, no smartphone, current psychotherapeutic treatment
