入选标准
- •The participants will be included if they:
- •1.Have subacute NSLBP between 6 and 12 weeks (Freddolini et al., 2014).
- •2.Are aged between 20 and 50 years (Hidalgo et al., 2013).
- •3.Have LBP without radiating pain below the knee (Hooper et al., 2016; Saner et al., 2016).
- •4.Have moderate level of pain score VAS 3 to 7.
- •5.Functional disability ODQ ≥ 19% (Lomond et al., 2015)
- •6.Presented at least 1 passive and 1 active sign out of 14 clinical tests (Appendix B) (Cook et al., 2006; Hicks et al., 2003; 2005; Magee, 2006; Sung et al., 2015; Wong and Transfeldt, 2007)
排除标准
- •The participants will be excluded if they:
- •1.Are pregnant.
- •2.Have serious spinal pathology and deformities.
- •3.Have sensory and neurological deficit (present at least 2 of the following signs: weakness of lower limbs (muscle power ≤ grade 3 using manual muscle test), reflex changes, or abnormal or loss of sensation of lower extremities associated with the spinal nerve root (Macedo et al., 2008).
- •4.Have quada equina syndrome, congenital abnormalities (Macedo et al., 2008)
- •5.Have spondylolisthesis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
- •6.Have body mass index > 30 (Sung et al., 2015)
- •7.Have visual and vestibular disorder
- •8.Have lower extremity injuries within 6 months
- •9.Have brain injury
- •10.Have conditions that affect the balance (drugs, alcohol drinking)
