入选标准
- •Healthy volunteers of the age between 18-50 years will be selected without any bars of sex, caste, religion and occupation etc.
- •Persons doing Ratrijagarana (late night awaking) since more than 3 months.
- •Persons having no any medicinal intervention for last one month before enrollment in the survey study.
- •Healthy volunteers health status will be assessed by HS –19 scale (Kavita Vyas et al.)

- •Persons in the age group below 18 years and above 50 years.
- •Persons with dry eye syndrome and facial palsy.
- •Persons with any psychological or systemic disorders.
