Inclusion Criteria
1 patient between 30-60 yeats of age
2 patient diagnosed as yonishaithilya
3 patient irrespective of caste, income group, occupation
4 controlled DM (80-160mg/dl )
5 controlled HTN (130/80 mm of Hg)
6 cystocele without uterine descent
7 Phalini yonivyapada
8 rectocele
9 enterocele
10 urethrocele
Exclusion Criteria
1 patient having major illness
2 menorrhagia
3 uncontrolled DM
4 uncontrolled HTN
5 uterine descent
6 H/O malignancies of genital organs
7 prolapse with uterine descent/ ovarian cyst
8 H/O PID
9 local infections of vagina
10 H/O recurrent UTI
11 Hb% <8gm /dl
