入选标准
- •1\. Patients clinically and radiologically diagnosed with osteoarthritis (Kellgren\-Lawrence Grade I â?? III) and conservatively managed for at least six months.
- •2\. Males and females with age 30\-75 years.
- •3\. Patients which fail to respond to minimum of 6 months of conservative treatment.
- •4\. Patients with osteoarthritis Kellgren\-Lawrence Grade I â?? III
排除标准
- •1\. Same knee previously operated cases
- •2\. Patient with prior history of trauma to same knee
- •3\. Patients not willing to participate in the study
- •4\. Patients who are psychiatrically moribund and unable to respond
- •5\. Patients with severe osteoarthritis (Kellgrenâ??Lawrence Grade IV)
- •6\. Inflammatory (RA) or infective arthritis
