Inclusion Criteria

Children with symptoms consistent with AGE with vomiting >= 3 times in 24 hours prior to visit the out-patient clinic of SWU hospital

Exclusion Criteria

- children who receive any anti-emetics 4 hours prior to attention.
- allergic history of antiemetics
- present of any chronic diseases
