Inclusion Criteria

1. Prediabetes normotensive adults with age >18 years with vitamin D deficiency and microalbuminuria

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients refusing to give informed consent

2.Pregnancy

3. Patients on corticosteroid therapy

4. Patients with chronic kidney disease

5. Patients with history of malabsorption syndrome
