入选标准
- •at least two teeth with ST = 4mm in at least four quadrants
- •generalized periodontitis > Stage I
- •Patient's consent to student treatment as part of the anti-infective therapy phase.
排除标准
- •Systemic diseases that require antibiotic prophylaxis due to systemic bacteremia during subgingival instrumentation (e.g. patients currently undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy, endocarditis, six months after surgery with artificial joints, transplant patients).
- •Less than two teeth with ST = 4mm in at least four quadrants.
- •Patient is younger than 18 or older than 80 years of age
- •Lack of patient's consent to student treatment during the anti-infective therapy phase
- •Respiratory diseases (bronchial asthma, chronic bronchitis, COPD)
- •Acute infections
- •Allergies to erythritol or chlorhexidine
